  • Q.What software do I need to use RetroSupply products?

    A.Our products have been built and tested in Photoshop and Illustrator CS4 and above. I’m not sure how well they’ll work in lower versions, Photoshop Elements or Gimp. However, if you ever purchase a RetroSupply product and it doesn’t work email us. We’re happy to send you a refund for incompatible products.

  • Q.What kind of license do I get with my RetroSupply products?

    A.When you purchase a RetroSupply product you can use them on multiple projects but may only install the products on one computer per purchase. RetroSupply products cannot be sublicensed, resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise redistributed on its own (even for free).

    Lastly, RetroSupply products cannot be used in a product offered for sale where the item contributes to the core value of the product being sold.

    A.RetroSupply is a leading provider of graphic design goods for Photoshop and Illustrator. We put an emphasis on retro and vintage design goods but you’ll see other types of goods here as well.

  • Q.I keep getting an error message when I try to use the product download link.

    A.Lots of times this happens because of a random setting in your browser. If you’re getting an error message when downloading a product try downloading your product in a different browser.

    This will solve the problem 99% of the time.

  • Q.I'm not happy with my purchase

    A.RetroSupply goods come with a Better Than Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase just let us know. We’ll happily refund your money and you can keep the product. No hard feelings.

    Note: In rare cases where we believe the refund policy is being abused we may decline a refund. However, so far, we’ve never had to do this. We want you to love your purchase!

  • Q.I haven't received the products I ordered?

    A.Once you purchase your order will arrive within 2-3 minutes. In the rare case you can’t locate it here’s what to do:

    First, check your spam folder. 98% of the time missing orders can be found there. If you don’t find your order in the spam folder use your emails search function to search for “Send Owl”.

    Send Owl is our digital fulfillment partner. Occasionally people overlook the email with their goods because it says Send Owl and they’re expecting RetroSupply.

    If this doesn’t resolve your issue message us and we’ll help you get your order ASAP.
